Change for Chimps wins AWARDS FOR Best Family Film AND MOST UPLIFTING FILM

Change for Chimps has won the award for Best Family Film at the Canada Shorts film festival in Saint John, New Brunswick. This is the film’s second award. In 2017, it won the Most Uplifting Film award at the Imagination Lunchbox International Children’s Film Festival in Baltimore, Maryland.

The movie follows 10-year-old Kendra, whose love for chimpanzees takes her on a journey to help chimps live in the jungles with their families, “where they belong.” She raises money, collects signatures and inspires her classmates to get involved, and in the end meets her hero - Dr. Jane Goodall!
